How to make it
Melt the chocolate in the double boiler.
Stir flour, sugar, salt, milk and egg with mixer or whisker, add half of the chocolate. The batter has to be liquid and pour easily. If you are making a big batch, have a little bit of milk at hand, because the flour thickens the batter over time, so you can dilute it a bit.
Heat the pan and pour the oil on it. You will need it only for the first crepe, then it will work out without any oil.
Pour the batter with the laddle on top of the pan, tilting it to the sides to spread. Fry each side on medium heat for 30-45 seconds.
Serve it with the rest of the melted chocolate and berries or fruits.
